Expected a lot, got a bit more and bit less too
My experience with this software was an interesting balance of expectations and reality. Initially, I anticipated a straightforward platform that would at least match the efficiency of previous tools I've used for remote workflows. In some aspects, it did deliver: the database feature was quite robust and interfaced better than in some older systems, making data retrieval easier. However, the calling tools and dialer, while functional, felt slightly less intuitive than I expected. The training sessions were comprehensive, but I found certain segments more repetitive than necessary, which I didn't have much time for. Onboarding was well structured, but the automatic updates occasionally interrupted my workflow unexpectedly, which was frustrating. The telephonic support, thankfully, was responsive and provided clear guidance when I needed help resolving those issues. Payment and invoicing went smoothly, which was a relief. Overall, comparing this software to my previous experiences, it felt like a mixed bag: some improvements that enhanced efficiency alongside minor drawbacks that required patience. Despite these, I think with a little more polish, this could be a really solid tool for remote work management, but as it stands, it’s a middle-ground experience.
