Expected a longer wait, got started faster

Usually, getting acquainted with new software is a slog, but your onboarding flow made it much simpler. The steps were clear, and I appreciated how each training segment built on the last one instead of dumping all the information at once. I felt prepared to use the calling tools and database by the time I finished the sessions. I started experimenting with the dialer and database almost immediately and found them intuitive. Overall, the process from sign-up through training to actually running the software was smoother than I had braced myself for, which impressed me. I think you managed to balance enough support with giving me room to learn at my own pace, which I really valued.
