Expected a hassle, got mostly smooth onboarding
When I first signed up, I anticipated spending a lot of time hunting for specific training material or onboarding steps since that’s often the case. However, the navigation was quite decent, and the search feature helped me quickly locate what I needed. That said, there was one moment I struggled to find detailed instructions on using the calling tools effectively—which I felt was an important omission. Still, the overall experience met most of my expectations for ease and clarity, and the onboarding flow didn’t seem cluttered or overly complicated. It felt balanced enough to get started without feeling lost but could still be polished further in parts.
