Expected a daunting process, but onboarding was surprisingly logical
Honestly, I went into the training and onboarding thinking it might be a bit messy or confusing with all the remote software features. But the steps followed a sensible order, which made the whole experience manageable. First, the sign-up and payment were clear and quick to handle, without extra complications. Then the training covered the database and calling tools in a way that built up gradually rather than all at once. I liked that the automatic updates ran quietly so I didn't have to worry about manual maintenance. Of course, I had to call support once to clarify a couple of things, but the guidance I received was straightforward and patient. This onboarding flow felt quite well planned, and it made me feel like I was learning rather than just fumbling. So, despite my initial expectations, the process was smooth and actually enjoyable. If I have to do it again, I think I'd get through it just as easily, which is a good sign for any software of this kind.
