expected a clunky start but onboarding was surprisingly smooth
I was honestly bracing myself for a clunky, frustrating experience since previous software and training I used was all over the place but wfhi’s onboarding caught me off guard in a good way. It just worked without a lot of confusing roadblocks or weird lags. The training videos were straightforward and easy to follow—more practical than what I’ve seen before. It wasn’t perfect though, like some features took a little longer to figure out than expected but nothing major. Overall, I got way more from it compared to past setups, and the gradual rollout of features helped me learn at a reasonable pace instead of getting overwhelmed. For anyone tired of overly complex software, this is a breath of fresh air.
