Expected a bit more wait, got way clearer support
Initially, I expected the support communication to be somewhat slow or circuitous because that's usually the case with new software. But I was pleasantly surprised. The people on telephonic support were very clear and detailed with their explanations. At first, I tried to navigate the database features on my own, thinking it might be straightforward, but when I reached out, they took the time to walk me through it carefully. That kind of clarity really helped reduce my confusion. Of course, some of the explanations involved technical jargon which took a while to digest, but overall, the transparency and patience were very different from what I feared. So, while I thought it might be a typical complicated tech-help experience, it turned out the communication was quite accessible and respectful of my level of familiarity.
