expected a bit more clear layout but still easy to navigate
At first, I thought finding training materials might be difficult because of how other software I’ve used was organized. However, once I began, the onboarding flow took me logically from signing up right through to using the dialer and database features. The first step was setting up my account details and making sure payment was processed, which was very smooth and straightforward. The training sections were neatly divided into topics, and I could find what I needed without much scrolling or searching, although some topics could’ve used more clear labels. Calling the telephonic support was easy, and they provided helpful answers, which reassured me early on. The automatic updates also worked seamlessly, so I didn’t have to worry about manual installs. Overall, while I expected the layout to be just a bit clearer, the process was easy enough, and I managed to get comfortable using the software faster than I thought I would.
