Expected a bit more, but happy with ongoing reliability
I went in expecting the software to be easy to use and behave flawlessly from day one, especially the calling tools and dialer, based on what I read beforehand. At first sign-up and setup, everything seemed pretty smooth and as advertised, which was a pleasant surprise given many experiences with other platforms where initial hurdles can be steep. However, what stood out more to me was how the software performed during day-to-day use over the next couple of weeks. There were a few glitches with the database features affecting how I saved and retrieved client information, which was surprising. Still, updates generally happened automatically and improved stability over time. The telephonic support was responsive whenever I ran into obstacles, even if the solutions sometimes took longer than I wished. So while the immediate access and first impressions met my expectations, the consistent reliability and smooth operation over time had their ups and downs. I’m content overall, but I’m hoping that performance continues to improve given what I experienced beyond my initial setup.
