Expected a bit less, got clearer explanations
I expected the initial support communications to be somewhat functional, but I found that the explanations given over the calls were fairly straightforward and clear. The support representatives were patient in elaborating how the software worked and guiding me through the onboarding steps, which I hadn't fully anticipated. There was a small hesitation when discussing certain training aspects, slightly dulling the clarity at one point, but generally, their communication was better than I had imagined. The explanation about the database integration and dialer usage was particularly comprehensive. Payment procedures were also laid out with enough detail to avoid confusion. So, while I wasn't expecting thorough explanations, I ended up with a fairly transparent support experience that made the whole process manageable.
