Expected a basic intro but got a comprehensive onboarding experience
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started the WFHI training and onboarding, since I’ve used other platforms before that were very rigid and kind of dull. To my surprise, this process felt very thoughtful and practical from the get-go. The training provided clear guidance but still left room for me to explore the software myself, which helped me learn faster. The onboarding flow was smooth with step-by-step tasks that built up my knowledge without overwhelming me. It wasn’t just a generic pitch or a manual readout; the trainers seemed to genuinely want us to understand how to use the database and calling tools efficiently. Compared to my previous experiences with similar services, this felt more interactive and customized to remote workflows. Overall, it definitely exceeded my expectations by balancing structure with flexibility, making it much easier to adapt to the software and tools. It felt like a good investment of time, and I’m happy to continue using what I learned here moving forward.
