Expectations were off in some surprising ways
Before purchasing, I thought the setup process would be quick and simple, but that was not exactly the case. The onboarding seemed longer than I anticipated, especially around the database management features, which felt more complicated than I expected. The calling tools also did not behave entirely as I had imagined; some functions worked smoothly but others had issues connecting consistently. The training modules were okay but less comprehensive than I anticipated for the complexity of the software. On the plus side, the automatic updates did work fine without interfering with my daily usage. The sign-up and payment steps were straightforward. Overall, I was surprised that certain aspects required more time and effort to get used to than I anticipated based on the pre-purchase information.
