Expectations were higher than the reality
I had high hopes when I first started using WFHI, especially because I read some promising things about their interface. Unfortunately, I found that the wording and labels in the software didn't always make sense to me. As I navigated through different features, I expected them to be intuitive, but I often felt confused. For instance, the database section had vague headings, making it hard to find specific functions. I remember thinking I would have a smooth experience but ended up perplexed instead. Even the training materials, while useful, didn’t address all my concerns clearly. I had hoped for a straightforward path with descriptive guidance, but it felt more like I was fumbling through. One positive aspect was the call support, which was responsive, but it was disheartening to realize that I had to rely on that instead of the interface being user-friendly from the start. Overall, while I appreciate the effort behind the software, there are gaps that need addressing. I just expected a lot more clarity than I got, and that made it a struggling experience for me.
