Expectations were high, results were low
Mujhe training se bahut umeed thi, lekin jo experience mila wo kaafi disappointing tha. Jab main onboarding process shuru kiya, to samajh nahi aaya ki kya karna hai. Trainers bilkul responsive nahi the jaise socha tha, sab kuch itna confusing tha. Documentation bhi unclear tha. Maine socha tha ki ye easy hoga, par nahi, mujhe kuch samajh nahi aaya. Frustrating experience raha.
