Expectations vs reality on handling issues
When I first set up the software, I expected a seamless process because the onboarding seemed thorough enough from the training sessions. However, when some unexpected bugs appeared during normal use days later, it was a mixed experience dealing with those. On one hand, the support team was available telephonically and did their best to guide me patiently through troubleshooting, which was reassuring. On the other hand, solutions took longer than I’d hoped and I had to call back multiple times to get updates. This contrast between initial expectations and the reality of resolving glitches stood out prominently. The database feature worked consistently, which was a positive, as it never caused interruptions so far. The automatic updates were sometimes confusing because I wasn’t always informed clearly about what had changed. Sign-up and payment went smoothly without any hassle, so that part met my expectations well. In summary, while some technical hitches were resolved eventually with decent support, the delay in problem handling was the main hiccup in what otherwise seemed like a reliable system.
