Expectations vs. reality of WFHI support: a thoughtful look back
When I first signed up, I expected the support and communication to be fairly standard, maybe a bit generic or slow given the scale of the software. But now, having spent a few months using it, I find that the telephonic support was more accessible and responsive than I anticipated. The priority assistance was particularly helpful during complicated setup phases, which did meet my initial hopes. That said, sometimes the explanations could have been a little clearer; not every agent was on the same page, causing occasional back-and-forth which could be avoided. Despite this, the overall responsiveness outweighed these minor hiccups. Reflecting now, it’s clear that the support process, while not perfect, reliably supported my workflow and kept things moving along. The invoicing and payment procedures were straightforward, matching my expectations for clarity and timeliness. I appreciate that the system updates didn’t disrupt ongoing work, which is always a concern with remote systems. Overall, the communication and support elements delivered mostly as promised, helping me to feel fairly confident in the software’s daily usability.
