Expectations vs Reality of the sales process

Honestly, I was expecting a more straightforward sign-up and invoicing process from WorkFromHomeIndia, but it turned out to be more cumbersome than I thought. The initial sales pitch made it sound like everything would be seamless, with clear guidance and easy navigation. Instead, the onboarding flow was quite confusing; it felt like I was left to figure out most of it on my own. The payment steps were more manual and less intuitive than I anticipated. On the plus side, the software itself wasn't completely useless - the automatic updates functioned without too many hiccups, which was one small relief. However, I found the database feature poorly integrated with my workflow, and the calling tools often felt buggy during use throughout the week. When I called support, the telephonic assistance was polite but slow in resolving my issues. Despite my doubts, I would probably try to reach out again next time if needed, but I honestly expected better from the start. The gap between their promises and what I got was tough to ignore.
