Maine software access karne mein bahut mushkil face ki. Jo cheezein main easily find karne wali thi, wo bohot hi complicated lagen. Dashboard pe multiple menus the par mera jo kaam tha database se data extract karna, wo clearly accessible nahi tha. Try bhi karti thi alag filters se, par woh options disappear ho jate the button press karte hi. Mujhe lagta hai ki onboarding flow bhi better ho sakti thi, initial training sessions ne thoda confuse kar diya tha. Overall software usability meri expectations se kafi neeche thi, mujhe lagta hai ismein user interface design pe kaam karne ki zaroorat hai, warna main isko use karte waqt kaafi frustrated feel kar rahi thi.
