Expectations on clarity met with mixed results

When I started using the software, I hoped the labels and wording would be straightforward, but I found them quite confusing in parts. The training attempted to clarify some of this, yet the terms were still often ambiguous, making navigation tougher than it should have been. One thing I will say was okay is that the automatic updates did occasionally improve minor issues related to wording, though the improvements felt sporadic rather than consistent. Support was reachable via phone but didn't always help with the labeling questions, often steering me to generic resources. Overall, the communication around the terms felt like it needed clearer guidelines and more intuitive naming conventions. While I recognize the effort, it wasn't quite enough to meet my expectations, and it took more time than I anticipated to understand the workflows. I’m not altogether unhappy but definitely found the experience frustrating in this area.
