Expectations met timing, but actual fit wasn’t quite ideal
I had gone into WFHI’s training hoping it would fit neatly into the specific hours during which I usually work, considering that I balance remote work with family responsibilities. Initially, the onboarding content and software access seemed flexible as described, which made me optimistic. However, as days went by and I engaged with the training modules and dialer practice sessions, I found the scheduled webinars and live support calls often timed when I was otherwise occupied. This made spontaneous learning difficult and required some adjustments on my part. The database feature itself is quite robust, but integrating it into my workflow seemed to take longer than I expected because the training didn’t fully account for my unique time constraints. On the other hand, automatic updates meant I didn’t have to worry about manual installations, which was convenient. Telephonic support was courteous, though the available hours again didn’t always match mine perfectly. I suppose if someone has a more regular or fixed work routine, the fit would likely be better. As it stands, my expectations about the timing flexibility were only partially met, making the onboarding experience a bit more challenging than anticipated.
