Expectations met but with some self-learning
The training and onboarding process was quite good overall. I found the material informative and it covered most aspects I needed. However, there were a few moments where I had to figure things out on my own, which was not what I was fully expecting. It would have been helpful to have a bit more guidance in certain areas, but I managed to work through it. Ultimately, I feel prepared for what’s ahead, just wished for a bit more support during the initial stages.
