Expectations for clarity not met in sales process
I approached WFHI expecting a clear overview of what their software and training offer before making any payment. Unfortunately, the pre-purchase information felt vague and poorly structured. The sales process gave me a general idea but lacked details about how exactly the software interfaces and training modules would fit my specific workflow needs. I was left having to piece together much of the functionality on my own after signing up, which was frustrating given that I hoped for more upfront explanation. The invoicing and payment terms were included but not highlighted well enough to avoid confusion. After purchase, I found multiple features that weren’t well described in the initial materials, forcing me to spend extra hours learning them independently. A clearer, more comprehensive presentation of what the service entails and what to expect during onboarding would have helped me decide better and avoid disappointment. I wanted to feel confident before paying, but that confidence was undermined by unclear communication and lack of detailed support during the buying stage.
