Expectations easy thi, magar reality pe thoda extra dikkat aayi
Main soch rahi thi ki sales process bilkul simple hoga aur products ke baare mein jo details hain wo easily available hongi, par mujhe kaafi time laga apni zarurat ke hisaab se suitable software feature find karne mein. Website par kuch cheezein confusing thi aur jo training offer kar rahe the, uska scope clear nahi tha na hi unki pricing ka transparency acceptable tha. Jo kisi ne bataya tha, usse performance expectations match nahi ki, isliye main disappointed hoon. Bas ek acha point tha ki telephonic support ne kuch basic queries ko achhi tarah handle kiya. Bilkul seedhi baat mein, main sochti thi ki company ki sales process zyada effortless hogi, lekin actual experience thoda demanding raha.
