Expectations didn’t match the presented details
Before starting, I expected the software and onboarding to be more self-explanatory based on the initial sales descriptions. The details didn’t clearly convey how much time might be spent waiting during access or updates, which actually became noticeable. The calling tools and dialer felt more complex than I thought they would be at first glance, requiring more guidance than anticipated. On the other hand, the support communication was consistent and helpful when contacted, which met my expectations. However, the sign-up and invoicing elements went as planned without surprises, so that aspect matched what was shown. Overall, what I got was somewhat different from what I imagined from the sales phase — some processes felt heavier in effort and less transparent. That gap affected my perception of the whole service, even if some components like payment processing felt standard and as expected.
