Expectations about billing clarity mostly met

I expected the billing and payment explanations to be quite technical and confusing, but they turned out quite clear and pretty approachable. The invoicing process was well described across the onboarding and training segments. While some minor terms required a bit of additional clarification, the overall experience didn’t leave me guessing. The software made each step transparent; I could see invoice statuses updating regularly and payment methods were explained with helpful detail. I would say that the clarity of the billing explanations was better than I thought it would be, even if sometimes I had to check back to understand one or two aspects more fully.
