Expectation met with few minor hiccups
The software matched my expectations mostly, especially the ease of access to the dashboard and the intuitive layout of the calling tools. I appreciated that auto updates pushed in without interrupting my scheduled work. The database integration worked effectively, which was crucial for my remote workflow. On the downside, I encountered a couple of slowdowns during peak usage times, and the support call backlogs meant sometimes waiting a bit longer than I hoped. The signup process was easy to navigate, and invoicing was as described but with minor delays in confirmation. Overall, these minor hiccups didn't overshadow the fact that the system generally provided a reliable and consistent experience, which was my main priority when choosing the product.
