Expectation broke when demo stopped matching reality
Before signing up, I thought WFHI would deliver a seamless transition into managing remote workflows as promised in the demo and sales pitches. But that’s exactly where the issues began to surface. Initially, I expected the sign-up and invoicing process to be straightforward as shown, but I encountered discrepancies that weren’t explained beforehand. What really felt off was the clarity around the database features and automatic updates; the previews made it look easy and versatile, yet in practice, it sometimes felt buggy and unresponsive. Telephonic support could be acknowledged as decent because they did attempt to address queries, but overall the process left me feeling weary about whether this truly matched what was advertised. The moment it clicked—or rather, failed to—was when I tried to rely on the dialer for daily calling tasks and the tool lagged or dropped connections unexpectedly. It was disappointing because I had been ready to move forward smoothly with remote workflows, but the shortcomings became clear quickly. Unfortunately, my expectations were higher than what the actual product provided at the time of purchase, which is the main reason for my less than enthusiastic response here.
