Everything sorted in the end, that’s what counts
I have to admit, there were a few hiccups with WFHI’s software and training at the beginning. The onboarding flow wasn’t exactly intuitive, and I ended up spending quite a lot of time figuring out how the dialer and calling tools worked alongside the database feature. One day, the automatic updates seemed to have made an unexpected change that threw off my workflow. I reached out to support, and while the wait was a bit longer than I liked, when they did answer, they were patient and walked me through the whole thing patiently. I spent some time going back and forth with them, which was a little frustrating but understandable. Eventually, everything got sorted, and I now find the tools pretty reliable and user-friendly. The invoicing and payment process was smooth, which was a relief after the initial bumps. Looking back, it’s really that the outcome was positive which stands out to me—not just the journey. So I’d say the experience was worthwhile, and I’m glad the issues got fixed because the system does help manage remote workflows effectively.
