Everything felt exactly as expected, no surprises
Honestly, the interface and wording throughout the system were exactly what I’d expect after using multiple such platforms. The labels matched my expectations and I didn’t find myself explaining similar phrases over and over to support, thankfully. The process felt logical and straightforward, without trying to complicate with confusing terminology or unnecessary jargon. I could tell that whoever wrote the training and instructions had experience because the whole thing felt smooth and consistent. There wasn’t that usual fatigue from unclear labels or changing terms every few steps. It just worked as it should, which is all one can hope for after dealing with complicated software before.
