Eventually got started, which is the best thing here
It wasn’t the fastest process to get going with WFHI, but in the end, I managed to complete the sign-up and begin using the software. The waiting time for initial setup and access felt a bit prolonged, which was frustrating at first, but once I was in, the basics worked alright. The sales process was okay, but I expected it to be quicker based on some earlier research. I liked how the telephonic support was there to answer my questions, although sometimes it took more than one call to get everything clarified. The training and onboarding didn’t dazzle me, but they met the minimum I was prepared for overall. The database feature integrated decently, but I feel I could have used more direction early on. Automatic updates happened silently, which was nice since I didn’t have to do much manually. After some patience, I feel I’m at a point where using the calling tools is routine, so I’d count that as a positive outcome despite the slow start.
