Entire setup was one-off but missed some ongoing check-ins
Signing up and setting up the software was mostly a one-time task. Once I got through the initial training and installed the calling tools and dialer, I wasn't required to do much after that. The system updates itself automatically, which means I don’t have to worry about manual software maintenance as part of my routine. The database feature integrates once and stays functional without continual intervention. On the other hand, what felt missing was any kind of periodic ongoing assessment or check-in points that remind or guide users to optimize or update workflows continuously. I found that after the initial steps were done, things settled and there wasn’t much interaction to help me stay aligned with best practices or any new features added. So setup was solid and self-sustaining, but I would have preferred a bit more ongoing engagement from the training or support perspective to keep things fresh and optimized.
