Ended up with useful help, though the steps could be ordered better
Talking with the telephonic support was definitely a positive overall because they walked me through things and answered my questions, which helped me get to know the software better. One thing I found was that sometimes the order in which the steps were suggested felt a bit off; for example, I was told to set up certain calling tools before I had fully understood the database system which was confusing at first. Eventually, things clicked and I realized that if the support folks had laid out a more logical sequence for onboarding, it might have saved me time. But, in the end, I appreciated how they stuck with me even as I circled back to earlier points during training, making sure I wasn’t left behind. So while the process wasn’t perfectly smooth, the outcome was that I’m pretty comfortable now and don’t feel lost. I’d say the experience of communication wasn’t flawless but it achieved what mattered most: making me capable and able to work with the tools properly.
