Ended up with an order of steps that was confusing more than helpful

I had high hopes based on the initial information about the software and the onboarding process, but the sequence of steps involved felt somewhat disjointed and not arranged in a clear order. For instance, I was asked to provide some details for database access before I fully understood how the calling tools tied in, which made the onboarding feel segmented rather than cohesive. Also, signing up and invoicing came later than I would have expected — to me, that part could have been clarified earlier to avoid surprise or uncertainty. However, I will say that once the payment was processed, the automatic updates seemed to flow smoothly and without interruptions during my testing. That part worked fine and added a level of convenience despite the earlier confusion. Still, the overall flow might benefit from tightening up the steps so users aren’t left wondering what’s coming next or why they are being asked for certain input at strange points. Having telephonic support when I needed it was a positive, but it couldn’t fully make up for the inefficiencies I experienced prior to completing the setup. So in the end, I wouldn’t say it was a seamless or sensible order, leaving me somewhat uncertain about the process.
