ended up unsure after all that explaining

I had quite a few conversations before committing to the software and training, hoping to be made confident about what I was getting into. Although the reps were thorough in explaining features and the onboarding flow, by the end I still felt a bit uncertain about whether it would fit my particular needs. The sales staff answered my questions patiently but sometimes gave answers that seemed a bit rehearsed rather than tailored. The sign-up process was smooth, but it didn’t fully clear up my doubts on things like how the database integration would work with my workflow. The calling tools seemed promising during demos, but I wasn’t convinced it would perform well day to day since I wasn’t given much detail on real-world use cases. Invoicing and payment were clearer topics and felt like they would be manageable. Overall, the experience left me with mixed feelings; I’m not totally confident but not completely doubtful either. It feels like a lot to explore still and I’m weary of another round of explanations if things don’t pan out as hoped. For now, the decision feels less like certainty and more like a waiting game.
