Ended up unresolved after multiple calls
I tried calling the support line multiple times, hoping to sort out a persistent problem with the dialer feature not connecting as it should. Each time, I had to explain the same issue from the beginning because the person on the other side seemed unaware of my earlier calls. Once, I was left waiting on hold for over half an hour only to hear they couldn’t assist me further and would get back to me later — which never happened. The whole experience left me frustrated because despite repeated efforts, nothing was resolved during those interactions. The actual software is fine in theory but the support, which is crucial when problems arise, proved inefficient. I was left hanging after finally exhausting patience, and that’s the outcome rather than any satisfaction from help.
