ended up signing up, but the labels weren’t that clear
Honestly I wasn’t sure about some words used in the sales info on the website. Phrases like 'remote workflow managed' and 'calling tools integrated' felt a bit vague and made me double-check what exactly they meant. During onboarding I found that the labels inside the software matched some of those terms but others seemed inconsistent or just confusing. It wasn’t a disaster, the features work mostly as expected, but I think clearer communication would help future users avoid hesitation. The payment process was straightforward enough, and invoices arrived on time which was good. Overall, I ended up going ahead with the program but part of me wishes the explanations on sales pages had better flow and clarity. It was a mixed experience because I wasn’t entirely laser-focused on what was being offered until after signing in and using the database and call dialer features a bit. So yeah, I’m content but not totally impressed with how sales and pre-purchase info was presented.
