Ended up not buying after all

Ended up not buying after all

I found the sales and pre-purchase steps to be in a confusing order which made me ultimately decide against going forward. Instead of a clear progression from explaining features to pricing and then signing up, the order felt jumbled and like I had to go back and forth a few times. This wasted my time and left me weary of continuing. The sequence didn’t flow logically to me, and it wasn’t clear which step came next or what I could expect after completing one part. The sign-up and payment details only came late and seemed disconnected from initial information provided. While I admit some of the explanations were okay, overall it felt like a frustrating setup just to understand the basics. In the end, I didn’t complete the purchase because of this disorganized pre-purchase experience—I wasn’t willing to invest more time waiting to figure it all out again.
