Ended up mostly figuring it out myself in the end
The training and onboarding materials were helpful to an extent, especially the initial walkthrough of the software and database features. I appreciated that they covered the basics clearly and that the calling tools were explained well in the first few sessions. However, when I attempted to implement some of the automation features and dialer configurations, I found myself having to explore and troubleshoot quite a bit on my own. The explanations helped, but they weren’t always tailored to my specific workflow, so I had to adapt the general guidance to fit my needs. The onboarding was clear but somewhat generic, which meant the deeper functionalities weren’t as straightforward as I’d hoped. Despite that, I managed to get a working setup by combining the training with some trial and error, so the outcome was usable, even if I didn’t feel fully confident in all aspects yet. Overall, it was a warm but measured introduction, leaving room for learning independently while covering enough to get started.
