Ended up more confused than ready
So, honestly, the training and onboarding experience felt a bit all over the place to me. They started with some basics that I guess made sense, but then suddenly jumped into more complex stuff before I'd even properly got the hang of the initial steps. I think I was expecting the whole sequence to be a bit more logical, like step one, then two, then three, with clear signposting. But here, I find myself always unsure if I missed something important or whether this was supposed to come later. I do have to admit, though, that the initial setup tutorial was pretty alright and gave me a glimpse of what the software was about. However, after that, it felt like everything got jumbled. For a platform that's supposed to help manage remote workflows smoothly, making sure the onboarding steps smoothly build on each other seems pretty important. Maybe it worked fine for others, but I kept feeling like I was backtracking or somehow missing key parts. If they fix the way steps are organized and presented, I think that part could be much better. Right now, I just feel less confident in using the software as efficiently as I want to, which is frustrating.
