Ended up managing without clear explanations
I went into the WFHI training and onboarding hopeful but quickly found that the explanations often left me unsure of what was expected next. At multiple points, the instructions seemed vague or used terminology without clarifying how those steps linked to using the calling tools or the database feature effectively. I spent extra time replaying videos and skimming through documentation, trying to piece it together on my own. While some parts of the software interface are fairly self-explanatory, the training could have done a better job at breaking down complex workflows into simpler tasks. That said, I do acknowledge that the automatic updates and telephonic support made it somewhat easier to navigate eventually. By the time I reached a comfortable level, I felt it was mostly by trial and error rather than strong initial guidance. So the overall onboarding was more frustrating than helpful for me, but I managed to figure out the essentials to get started. It’s a bit of a mixed experience that I’m still processing.
