Ended up managing mostly on my own but things got done
I wasn’t really handed a lot of detailed support or communication during my time using the software, so most of what I achieved was by figuring things out myself. While the training resources and onboarding steps were present, I found myself navigating the calling tools and database mostly solo, which was sometimes a little challenging. That being said, once I got the hang of it all, I was able to maintain my workflow without major issues. Telephonic support was available, but I didn’t have to rely on it heavily since I prefer solving small questions independently. Still, the occasional call I made was handled professionally, which helped keep progress smooth. I would say that although the experience required some self-driven effort, the overall outcome was positive and the software worked well for daily tasks without much intervention.
