Ended up figuring things out alone
The onboarding training was not as helpful as I had hoped. A lot of the material seemed to gloss over key points, which left me having to figure things out on my own. I managed to get through the basics eventually, but a clearer structure would have made the process less tedious. At least the interface was somewhat user-friendly, so that was a small win.
