Ended up figuring out much myself, yet eventually productive
Most of the support communication relied heavily on automated responses and documentation. While the telephonic support was available, I rarely felt it was proactive enough, leaving me to troubleshoot much of the software's features by myself. On one hand, this meant a steeper learning curve and some frustration initially. On the other hand, it forced me to understand the system more deeply and adapt my workflow without waiting on external help. The automatic updates didn't require much intervention, which kept disruptions minimal. Eventually, despite having to rely more on self-navigation, I was able to use the database and calling features effectively. It wasn’t the smoothest support experience, but in the end, I managed to work productively once I got past the early hurdles and understood the tools better.
