Ended up figuring out most things on my own successfully
At the outset, I thought I’d need constant guidance with WFHI’s software and training but it turned out I was able to work out most of the necessary steps by myself. The support staff were helpful when I reached out but generally, the system’s onboarding was clear enough to follow on my own. The dialer and calling tools took some trial and error, especially to fine-tune the settings for my preferred use, but there was enough built-in documentation and intuitive layout to guide the way. What made a big difference was that the software updates rolled out automatically without causing disruptions, so I wasn’t stuck waiting or manually installing anything. Sometimes, I did want more detailed walkthroughs during the training, but overall I managed to get through it without too many pauses. Payment and invoicing afterwards were handled through a simple process online, so I didn’t have to chase anything or worry about missing deadlines. Telephonic support was there if needed but not intrusive, which I preferred. In the end, I felt pretty confident using the platform thanks mostly to the clarity of the tools themselves and the self-driven learning approach it encouraged.
