Ended up figuring out most things myself, support didn’t really guide much
Using WFHI's support was quite frustrating overall. I had to work out most of the setup steps on my own because the phone support wasn't very proactive. There was one instance when I called asking about the dialer not connecting properly and after a long wait on hold, the advice given didn’t solve the issue. The rest of the time, the communication felt vague without clear guidance, so I often found myself experimenting with the software settings hoping to fix problems. While I can acknowledge that the interface is reasonably intuitive, I expected support to at least walk me through critical issues rather than leave me hanging. Because of this, my onboarding stretched longer than I hoped, and the lack of direct assistance slowed me down significantly. Overall, the outcome was that I managed by myself, but the support didn’t make the process easier as I had hoped.
