The training and onboarding flow provided some basic guidance, but I found that I often had to spend extra time working out many details on my own. For example, the dialer and database features required quite a bit of trial and error for me to configure them so they suited my workflow. While the automatic updates helped keep the software current, they didn’t always come with clear explanations about what had changed or how to adjust my settings accordingly. Telephonic support was available and eventually useful, though it sometimes took several calls to get precise answers. The invoicing and payment setup was fairly direct, but I still needed to double-check some details to be sure everything was processing correctly. By the end of the onboarding period, I was able to use the software effectively, but I feel I could have got there faster if training had been more comprehensive and hands-on.
