Ended up figuring out almost everything myself
The whole sales and pre-purchase phase was mostly me trying to work out what the software really offered and how the training would fit my needs. I found the initial info vague regarding what features were included and how much customization was allowed. There was some documentation but it did not fully cover my questions, so I had to spend time experimenting after signing up just to see how the dialer and database functions operate in practice. The onboarding flow didn't clarify the call tools enough for me and I ended up having to test and learn on the job. The invoicing process was straightforward but understanding how updates impacted my setup was left to me to discover. I also realized that telephonic support was available but I wasn’t always certain when it would be most useful or necessary. Overall, I bought the software with an expectation of some guided introduction to all aspects but had to piece together many details on my own, which slowed down getting productive. I did not find the pre-purchase guidance comprehensive enough to make a fully informed decision without self-directed work afterward.
