ended up figuring most stuff out myself in the end
Looking back, my experience with their support was a mixed bag. On one hand, when I first signed up and tried setting up the database synced with the dialer, I ran into some roadblocks that the training didn’t fully address. I found myself searching through manuals and online help a lot more than I expected. The telephonic support was polite and willing, but I didn’t always get clear or immediate answers, which forced me to troubleshoot myself. The automatic updates seemed beneficial overall, but sometimes they introduced changes I wasn’t ready for, which added to my learning curve. That said, I finally managed to piece everything together, and the software now fits well into my daily routine. The invoicing and payment processes are straightforward enough, and there haven’t been issues there. Reflecting on the whole experience, I can say the outcome is positive — the tools work nicely now — but it did take quite a bit of extra effort on my part beyond the training and support provided. It’s good software once you get past the initial hurdles but expect to invest some time learning it yourself.
