Ended up figuring everything out myself – not what I expected
Honestly, my experience with the WFHI software and access was frustrating because I had to figure out almost everything on my own. Right from the start, the onboarding flow wasn’t very clear—there were several steps where I wasn’t sure what to do next, and the guides provided didn’t fully explain key functionalities. When I contacted telephonic support, the help was basic and didn’t address deeper questions, so I ended up sorting many things through trial and error. The dialer, which was supposed to streamline calling workflows, often behaved unpredictably, and I had to spend extra time checking the database feature to make sure contacts were up to date. Automatic updates were meant to help, but instead they sometimes caused changes that confused me, and no heads-up was given before they happened. Invoicing and payment processes added another layer of uncertainty, as the instructions were minimal and left me unsure if I had completed the steps correctly. Unlike other software platforms I’ve used, this felt like being handed a tool without a proper manual, making the learning curve unnecessarily steep. I was hoping for smoother support and a more guided experience, but the responsibility to learn fell heavily on me. Summing it up plainly to a friend, I’d say the software has potential but was really hard to manage without much help, leaving me quite frustrated with how much I had to figure out by myself.
