Ended up feeling fairly confident, given everything explained
Before making the decision to buy the software, I had gone through several rounds of questions and clarifications with the sales team. By the time I reached the end, I was fairly confident I understood the product and how it could fit into my workflow. The pre-purchase conversations covered the software’s features quite well, including the dialer functionality and the way the database integrates with daily remote operations. They also outlined the support and training options available post-purchase. However, after multiple discussions, the explanation felt a bit repetitive, as if I was pushing for clarity on the same points a few times over. This level of detail was necessary for me, but I imagine for some it could feel tedious. Still, the clear presentation of the onboarding sequence and the payment process gave me reassurance that I won’t face unexpected obstacles when I start using it fully. The only small reservation I have is that the sheer volume of info can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Having said that, I think they did well to get me to a place of understanding by the end of the whole process.
