Ended up dropping it after setup was a one-time thing
Honestly the software itself was kind of a pain to keep using. Setting it up felt like it took forever, and it wasn’t clear what I needed to keep doing on a regular basis versus what was just one-time. Dialer worked okay but sometimes had connection issues that didn’t get sorted quickly through support. Signing up and setting all payment details was also more manual than I expected. After the initial setup was done, I noticed that the software didn’t really require daily attention so much as occasional checks. This made me wonder whether I was meant to just check the database or make calls constantly or just once in a while. Overall, the ongoing part felt pretty thin and didn’t really justify sticking with it for me because I wanted something that worked smoothly every day. Automatic updates happened but didn’t seem to improve performance much. Support helped when I called but I expected a bit more proactive stuff. In the end, my experience was that the setup was heavy lifting with less frequent use after. So I dropped it since that didn’t match my workflow.
